Being SAVED

SAVED. Accepting Jesus into our hearts. Scripture says, “ If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you are SAVED. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved. (Romans 10;9) Being Saved allows you the gift of being born anew into God’s family and forgiven of your sins.

BAPTISM

“Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit." (Matthew 28:19)

Baptism is an initial rite of Christian obedience. Although Ephesians 2:8-9 says that “Faith in Jesus Christ” is the only requirement for Salvation” we believe Baptism is publicly confessing our faith in the Savior and identifying ourselves with GOD. It allows us to demonstrate ourselves with Jesus Christ in his death, his burial and his resurrection.
